Postural analysis

The body functions at optimally when it's in correct posture. When the body is in correct postural alignment, it moves evenly and distributes weight appropriately. Our postural assessments determine any imbalances that may lead to weaknesses and causes for potential pain or injury. The aim is to correct any postural obscurities or abnormalities that could have an adverse effect to your team members well-being.

Full body and Lifestyle assessment

This is a fully comprehensive bespoke assessment to identify any areas of an individual’s lifestyle and daily patterns that could be causing unnecessary strain on them. We use this assessment as an opportunity to address any recurring issues or potential health risks and take preventative action before it leads to a sick absence or visit to the doctors. Our assessments include some key indicators that will enable your team to manage their health at work. These include body fat percentages, visceral fat levels and hydration.

1-2-1 and group personal training sessions 

Personal training sessions aimed it improving your teams fitness and quality of life. Our sessions are specially tailored to the needs of the individual or the group. We curate bespoke training plans to improve the health of your team and add value to the productivity of your organisation. A happy healthy team is a productive team. 

Stretch and flex mobility workshops

Maintaining mobility is a crucial aspect of maintain a healthy body. If a person is not able to move a joint freely through its full range of motion, then they are already putting themselves at an increased risk of injury. Sitting at a desk all day or in any limited position for extended periods of time can drastically reduce an individual’s mobility. Short breaks from sitting combined with small bursts of moderate activity throughout the day is the best way to combat the impact of extended sitting. Our stretch and flex workshops aim to introduce mild stretching and movement routines in to your teams day-to-day work life.

    • 3 hours PT sessions per week for any employee/team member
    • A Total of 12 hours of PT sessions per month
    • Monthly CPD (posture analysis, nutrition & lifestyle advice)
    • Bespoke exercise and nutrition plans
